By accessing the Kimberly Logie website and using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Terms
1.1 Booking Process

Bookings for hairstyling services can be made directly through our website.

For weddings, a signed contract and a retainer (deposit) are required at the time of booking to secure your date(s). Salon appointments are payable upon completion of services.

Payments for services can be made through debit, credit, bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
1.2 Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this for your records. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to ensure your booking is secured.​
1.3 Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing
In accordance with Scottish law, you may cancel services for any reason within 14 days of entering into a contract with me and receive a full refund. After this 14-day cooling-off period, the following cancellation policies apply:
Weddings
Client Cancellations: A percentage of the total contracted amount for services will be immediately due, based on the amount of notice provided:

90+ days before the first event: 25%

60-89 days before the first event: 50%

30-59 days before the first event: 75%
-
30 or fewer days before the first event: 100%
Provider Cancellations: The full invoiced amount will be refunded, and, when possible, I will make every effort to recommend an available replacement stylist.
Session
Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All travel and accommodation expenses are non-refundable, and a £150 cancellation fee will apply.
Provider Cancellations: If rescheduling is possible, I will waive my usual rebooking fee and rebook your session. If rescheduling is not possible, the full invoiced amount will be refunded, and I will make every effort to recommend an available replacement stylist.
Salon
Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who do not cancel within the required timeframe and fail to show up will have future appointment requests denied.
Provider Cancellations: I will offer the option to rebook on another available date at no additional charge.​
1.4 Client Responsibilities
​You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.
1.5 Special Requests
If you have specific styling requests (e.g., hairstyle inspiration, product preferences), please communicate them via our client questionnaire (which is emailed to you) at least 24 hours before your appointment.
1.6 Limitations of Liability
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and quality of the service provided. However, we are not liable for:

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or external factors.

Hair damage or reactions due to allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please inform us in advance of any known allergies or sensitivities to hair products.

Loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended during the service.
2. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of Scotland. By using our services, you agree to resolve disputes through mediation.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services following such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
